Share

The 2013 ACI annual conference was held during 10-12 June in Istanbul, with the attendance of over 800 airport representatives, including those of TIAC, whose President & CEO Samuel Lin received, from Declan Collier, Chairman of the ACI European Region, the 2012 Airport Service Quality Award for TTIA’s third place among global airports sized between 15 to 25 million passengers.

The top three winning airports sized between 15 to 25 million passengers are respectively Seoul Gimpo Airport, Chongqing Airport, and TTIA. For details of other award winners please check ACI official website: http://www.aci.aero/Airport-Service-Quality/ASQ-Awards/2012-Winners

In 2013 the increase of passengers elevated TTIA into the category of airports with 25 to 40 million passengers, which include strong competitors such as Incheon and India New Deli Airport. Even though, TTIA still secured the third place in the first quarter. TIAC will continue to work with all airport units to serve passengers well.
