Since 2012, Taoyuan Airport’s efforts in passenger service have enabled it to win multiple international awards. In 2016, the airport was chosen as the top airport in the 25-40 million passenger volume category globally as well as in the Asia-Pacific region in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) evaluations conducted by Airport Council International (ACI). In 2017, in the SKYTRAX appraisal, TIAC was furthermore accoladed with "Best Airport Staff Services in the World" and "Best Airport Staff Services in Asia", demonstrating that Taoyuan Airport has been recognized by international passengers in all aspects of its services.
